How we calculate this

Inbound. Missed calls / month = new-patient calls × % missed. Lost revenue = missed calls × new-patient value. We estimate always-on AI agents recover about 30% of that by answering after-hours, overflow, and missed calls.

Follow-ups. Open-opportunity patients = active patients × % with open opportunity. We assume ~9% are recovered per month at your average appointment value (split across recalls, reactivations, and unfinished-care follow-up), add a ~13% uplift for confirmations & reminders that protect scheduled visits, and value staff phone time at ~$25/hour (≈ 5 minutes per follow-up task).

Defaults. Every input starts on an illustrative assumption so you see a result straight away. Both value inputs start at $136, the average visit at 2026 Medicare rates; a new patient is often worth more than one visit, so replace it with your own figure.

Planning estimates only. These assumptions do not predict our performance, realized revenue, or staff savings, and they are not a quote. Adjust the visible inputs to match your group before using the result. Everything is calculated in your browser. Nothing you type here is sent anywhere or recorded.
