Start where the schedule loses patients
Most nephrology groups don’t need six new systems. They need missed calls answered, appointment requests handled, and follow-up finished without one more queue for staff to watch.
So each agent is named for the one job it does. The Scheduler schedules, the Recaller works recall, and the Verifier checks coverage. Your team always knows which agent handled what, and who to check on.
Every agent introduces itself as an AI assistant for your team. None of them pretends to be a person, and anyone who asks for a person gets one.
One patient context, carried forward
A patient journey does not reset after each interaction. The reason for the call affects the appointment. The appointment affects insurance work, any authorization it needs, and later follow-up.
The platform carries that context from one agent to the next, so each approved action starts with what your team already knows. Staff should not have to piece the story together from separate call logs, fax queues, and reminder tools.
Live today
Scheduler
Answers calls, captures the patient’s intent, and moves appointment requests forward using office rules for providers, hours, visit types, and escalation.
Recaller
Works missed calls, recall, and approved patient outreach, with a visible status for every attempt and a clear staff handoff when the workflow needs judgment.
Verifier
Collects coverage details, prepares eligibility work ahead of the visit, and sends missing or uncertain items to staff. Connection options are confirmed and labelled during evaluation.
In beta
These agents are available now as beta. Each workflow is configured with your team during onboarding and refined as it runs.
Referrer
Reads faxed referrals, gets missing records from the referring office, and hands the patient to the Scheduler, which books the first visit. Available through early access.
Authorizer
Assembles the documentation an authorization needs and tracks payer status. Your team reviews and submits every request; it flags approvals that are about to expire.
Nourisher
Schedules visits with your team’s dietitian and sends approved education. It routes every diet question to the care team rather than answering it.
Built around the team you already have
The agents take the repetitive, rules-based work. Your team keeps exceptions, urgent situations, clinical questions, and the conversations that need empathy or judgment.
Each workflow tells staff what happened, what the agent did, and what needs attention next. The goal is a calmer worklist and a fuller schedule, not an invisible automation layer that leaves the team guessing.
What your team can measure
- Patient calls answered and reasons for calling
- Appointment requests completed, changed, cancelled, or handed to staff
- Missed calls and recall opportunities worked
- Follow-up attempts, patient responses, and unresolved tasks
- Workload that still needs a staff decision
Is every agent available now?
Yes. The Scheduler, Recaller, and Verifier are live. The Referrer, Authorizer, and Nourisher are available in beta, which means we configure each workflow with your team and refine it as it runs.
Why are the agents named after their jobs?
So your team always knows which agent handled what. The name is never a disguise: every agent says it is an AI assistant at the start of each call and message, and hands off to staff on request.
Does EigenH AI replace your team?
No. The agents handle approved administrative work and pass exceptions to staff with context. Your team keeps responsibility for clinical judgment, urgent situations, permissions, and workflow rules.
Can the agents connect to our EHR?
Yes. Every appointment, update, and call outcome is written back to your EHR, so the record stays current without anyone retyping it. Connection setup is part of onboarding.
