Whoever runs patient access or operations, plus anyone who signs off on new systems. A physician is welcome but not required.
What should we bring?
Rough call numbers from last month, the visit types you book most, and the follow-up lists your team works today. Estimates are fine. Please don't share patient information.
Is EigenH AI only for nephrology?
No. Nephrology is our first specialty, so the demo uses nephrology workflows by default. Tell us if your team works differently and we will adjust.
Which agents will we see?
The Scheduler, Recaller, and Verifier are live, and they're the core of the demo. The Referrer, Authorizer, and Nourisher are in beta; we can show them if referrals, authorizations, or dietitian visits are on your list.
Does EigenH AI work with our EHR?
