Features are jobs. Agents do them.

A nephrology group does not buy an AI agent. It buys fewer missed calls, a fuller schedule, and less unfinished follow-up. Each capability area names the agent that does the work.

  1. A patient reaches out

Calls answered at any hour: after-hours, lunch, and the second simultaneous line.

  2. The right agent acts inside your rules

Scheduling, follow-up, and eligibility work completed within office-approved workflows. Anything outside them goes to staff.

  3. The outcome is recorded

Intent, outcome, transcript, and next step, written to the schedule and visible to the team.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which features are live today?

Schedules and Communications are live, delivered by the Scheduler and the Recaller. Forms (pre-visit intake and paperwork collection) is planned, and its page is labelled that way; nothing on it is presented as available.

What's the difference between a feature and an agent?

Features describe the platform by the operational job; agents are who does the work. Each feature page names the agent that delivers it, so you can see exactly where a capability comes from.

Does EigenH AI make clinical decisions?

No. The agents do administrative work only. They do not diagnose, recommend treatment, or make clinical decisions. Questions about care go to your team.

What are the boundaries?

The same everywhere: your team approves the workflows, the agent completes what falls inside them, and anything urgent, complex, or out of policy goes to staff with the context already captured.
