EigenH PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates EigenH.ai. Because many EigenH.ai engagements involve scoped implementation, onboarding, integration planning, and enterprise support, refund handling depends on the type of purchase and the governing commercial terms.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
If you purchased a standard EigenH.ai subscription or pilot directly from us without a separate signed agreement, a refund request may be considered when all of the following are true:
- Timeframe: The request is submitted within 15 days of the initial charge.
- Limited usage: The service has not been substantially used, launched, or configured beyond early evaluation.
- First charge: The request relates to the first purchase or a verified billing error.
If your purchase is governed by a proposal, order form, master services agreement, or statement of work, that agreement controls in the event of any conflict with this page.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and the reason for the request.

We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 2-3 business days.
3. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Method: Refunds may be issued either as store credit or to your original payment method, at the sole discretion of the Company.
- Timeline: Once processed, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Service Access: Upon approval of a full refund, access to the refunded service or environment may be suspended or terminated.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:
- Substantial Usage: If the service has already been materially used in production or beyond early evaluation.
- Expired Window: Requests made after 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Implementation Services: Rollout work, custom integrations, onboarding, training, and professional services already delivered.
- Contracted Enterprise Work: Services provided under a signed enterprise agreement unless that agreement explicitly provides otherwise.
- Promotional or discounted offers: Unless required by law.
- Change of Mind: Where there is no billing error and the service has already been provisioned or used materially.
5. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases
If you have made a duplicate payment or accidental purchase due to a technical error:

- We will verify the transaction details and, if confirmed as a billing or technical error, issue an appropriate refund or account correction.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will indicate the latest revision. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
