Web Ops

A practice website patients and referring offices can actually use

Web Ops: our ops team and vetted partners design and build accessible, fast practice websites with clear paths to call, request an appointment, or send a referral.

What's included

A practice website has a few jobs: help patients reach you, help referring offices send patients, and tell both who you are. The build is planned around those.

  • Design and build

A site designed for your practice and built so your team can update routine content.

  • Accessibility in mind

Built with WCAG guidance in mind: readable text, keyboard navigation, labelled forms, and sufficient contrast.

  • Mobile and fast

Pages that load quickly and work on the phone most patients will use to find you.

  • Clear call, appointment, and referral paths

Phone numbers, appointment requests, and referral instructions placed where visitors look for them.

  • Provider bios and location pages

A page for each provider and each location, with the details patients and referrers ask about.

  • Hosting and maintenance

Hosting, updates, and ongoing changes can be scoped as part of the engagement.

How it works

We plan the site around how patients and referring offices contact you, then design and build from there. AI handles routine checks such as broken links and missing page details, and our team does the design, writing, and fixes.

  1. 01

    Plan the site

We map the pages you need, the paths visitors should take, and what content exists already.

  2. 02

    Design and build

Designs are reviewed with you, then built and tested on phones and desktops.

  3. 03

    Your team signs off

Provider bios, clinical content, and contact details go to your practice for approval before launch.

  4. 04

    Launch and hand over

The site goes live, and your team gets what it needs to make routine updates, or we keep maintaining it.

Where the line sits

Website forms don't collect patient health information unless they run on a tool set up for it, and your practice approves what the site says.

A new site can make it easier for patients to reach you, but we don't promise traffic or rankings.

  • No PHI in ordinary forms

Contact and appointment-request forms ask only for what's needed to reach the patient, unless they run on a tool built to handle PHI.

  • Careful with tracking

Analytics and ad pixels are kept off pages where they could pick up patient health information.

  • Clinical content approved by you

Anything describing conditions, treatments, or providers is approved by your practice before launch.
