This Cookie Policy lists the cookies and other browser storage the EigenH AI public website uses. It expands on Section 8 of the Privacy Policy, which describes the vendors behind these technologies and the data each one may touch.
This policy covers the public marketing website only. It does not describe the EigenH AI product, customer service data, or Protected Health Information. Those are governed by the applicable Customer Agreement and Business Associate Agreement.
1. What these technologies are
A cookie is a small file a website asks a browser to store and send back on later visits. Websites also use localStorage and sessionStorage, which hold data in the browser but are not transmitted automatically. This policy covers all three, because they serve the same purposes and the same choices apply to them.
Technologies are grouped by what they do:
- Strictly necessary. Needed for the website to work or to stay secure. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics. Measure how the website is used so it can be improved.
- Marketing and sales. Identify visiting organizations and individuals so EigenH AI can follow up on business interest.
2. Your choices
A notice appears on a first visit. Declining it stops the analytics and the marketing and sales technologies below from loading. Strictly necessary items still run.
The marketing and sales technologies in Section 5 — the ones that can identify a person rather than count a visit — do not load until the notice is accepted. That applies everywhere, not only in Europe.
EigenH AI also recognizes the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. When a browser sends GPC, none of the analytics or marketing technologies below are loaded at all, no notice is shown, and no choice on this page can override it.
Browser settings can block or delete cookies independently of these controls. Blocking strictly necessary items may break parts of the website, including the booking calendar on the demo page.
3. Strictly necessary
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Storage | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
eigenh_consent | EigenH AI | Records your cookie choice so the notice is not shown again | Cookie | 12 months |
| Calendly scheduling items | Calendly | Runs the booking calendar embedded on /book-demo/ and remembers your progress through it. Set inside the Calendly frame, on that page only. Calendly shows its own cookie notice inside the frame, and the choice you make there is separate from the one you make on this site | Cookie and localStorage | Session to 12 months |
Sentry, which monitors website errors, and Amazon Web Services, which hosts and delivers the site, process request and diagnostic data described in the Privacy Policy. Neither sets an advertising cookie in this deployment.
4. Analytics
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Storage | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics 4 | Distinguishes one browser from another | Cookie | 2 years |
_ga_WWVSM6G83Y | Google Analytics 4 | Holds session state for the EigenH AI measurement stream | Cookie | 2 years |
ph_phc_…_posthog | PostHog | Holds the anonymous visitor and session identifier and captured properties | Cookie and localStorage | 12 months |
__ph_opt_in_out_phc_… | PostHog | Records that analytics capture has been declined | localStorage | 12 months |
ph_phc_…_window_id, ph_phc_…_primary_window_exists | PostHog | Ties session replay to a single browser tab | sessionStorage | Until the tab closes |
PostHog session replay reconstructs what was displayed on screen and how the visitor interacted with it. Form input values are masked before they leave the browser, and identifying values in web addresses are removed. Replay starts only after a first click or key press.
5. Marketing and sales
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Storage | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
apolloAnonId | Apollo.io | Anonymous identifier tying repeat visits together | localStorage | Until cleared |
liveIntentData | Apollo.io, via LiveIntent | Holds hashed forms of an email address that LiveIntent resolves for the visitor | localStorage | 24 hours |
6a24db6cc44b4c00205efb12_canTrack | Apollo.io | Caches whether Apollo is permitted to record this visit | localStorage | 24 hours |
6a24db6cc44b4c00205efb12_eventQueue | Apollo.io | Holds page-visit events not yet sent | localStorage | Until sent |
| RB2B storage | RB2B | Identifies a returning visitor for business-to-business sales outreach. Names and durations are set by RB2B and can change without notice to EigenH AI | Cookie and localStorage | Set by RB2B |
Two points here deserve to be stated plainly.
Apollo.io uses a third-party identity network. Its tracker loads LiveIntent, which attempts to resolve an identifier for the visitor and returns hashed versions of an email address. Those hashes are stored in the browser and sent to Apollo with each recorded page visit. This means a visit can be associated with a person, not only with an organization.
RB2B identifies individual visitors. It matches visits from United States IP addresses against its own identity data, so EigenH AI may learn the name or professional profile of someone who visited the website without submitting a form. RB2B does not perform this match on visits from outside the United States. RB2B is registered as a data broker in California, Texas, Vermont, and Oregon, and a person may ask RB2B directly to be excluded from its data.
Both of these load only where the marketing and sales category is permitted, and neither loads when a GPC signal is present.
6. Tag management
Google Tag Manager loads the analytics and the marketing and sales technologies above. It is a delivery mechanism and may not set a cookie of its own. It loads after the first pointer interaction or a short delay, whichever comes first. It is not loaded at all when a GPC signal is present or when the notice has been declined.
One limitation is worth stating rather than leaving implied. A browser with JavaScript turned off still receives a small Google Tag Manager fallback frame, and that frame cannot read the GPC signal or a declined notice, because the checks that enforce both are written in JavaScript. This website is delivered as static files, so there is no server able to make that decision instead. Turning off JavaScript prevents the analytics and marketing technologies in Sections 4 and 5 from running.
7. Changes
The vendors above may change the names, purposes, or durations of their own storage when they update their services. EigenH AI reviews this list when it adds or removes a technology, and the effective date at the top of this policy records the last review.
