Illustrative
(Your AI agents do.)
A referral late on Friday, a reschedule on Saturday, a call at midnight. None of them should wait until Monday. AI agents answer, schedule, and send anything urgent to your team.
Referrals are read the day they arrive. The patient is called, the first visit is scheduled, and the referring office is updated.
Referrer Beta SchedulerReminder calls, reschedules, recall and coverage checks run on their own, so your staff can stay with the patients in front of them.
Recaller VerifierEvery after-hours call is answered. Anything urgent goes straight to your on-call path with the caller's context, and everything routine is scheduled.

See all questionsIt answers inbound patient calls, identifies who is calling and what they need, and completes the request on the call itself, whether that is scheduling, rescheduling, recall, or a common question, within the rules your team approves. Every call is captured with its intent, outcome, transcript, and next step, so if something needs a person, your team already has the full picture.
No. It takes the routine, repetitive call volume, such as scheduling, rescheduling, recall, and common questions, so your team can focus on patients standing at the desk and on calls that genuinely need a person. Urgent or complex conversations are escalated to your team with the context already gathered.
Yes. Every appointment, update, and call outcome is written back to your EHR, so scheduling and rescheduling land in the system your team already uses. The Verifier, our insurance agent, is live and prepares eligibility work for staff review; direct eligibility and claims connections into each system carry their own status. The specialties page shows the clinical workflows we currently highlight and their availability status.
Yes. We are HIPAA compliant, and an independent third party has assessed that compliance. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every customer, and our SOC 2 audit is in progress (not yet complete). Where a customer is subject to HIPAA and we process protected health information on its behalf, EigenH AI acts as a business associate under a written Business Associate Agreement, as described in our privacy policy. The BAA is signed before production PHI is submitted. We approve the production use case in writing, and the agreement is in effect before PHI moves. Data-handling and compliance questions are covered in detail during the sales process; contact our team for specifics. To evaluate any AI phone vendor, use our HIPAA checklist for AI phone agents.
