Priced to your group, stated in writing

From independent practices to multi-location nephrology groups, we scope every quote to your call volume, locations, EHR connection, and the implementation support you need. You see the actual numbers in writing before you commit to anything.

How pricing works

Three group sizes, one way to get a quote

What changes between them is scope: locations, call volume, scheduling rules, and implementation support. What stays the same: a custom quote, in writing, after a scoping conversation.

2–3 locations

A small group coordinating providers, workflows, and hours across locations behind one call experience.

The other side of the math

Size the phone gap before you price the fix

Before you compare quotes, estimate what unanswered calls already cost. This is the illustrative model from our nephrology worked example. Every input is a stated assumption for you to replace with your own numbers, not a benchmark.

Illustrative assumptions

Inbound calls per business day
40
Calls unanswered (busy line, lunch, after hours)
15%
Unanswered calls that were about scheduling
50%
Visits not rebooked within the right window
20%
Average revenue per established-patient visit
$136
Business days per month
20

What the model shows

  • 6 missed calls per business day
  • 0.6 visits lost per day
  • About $82 in modeled lost revenue per day

$1,630 *

modeled lost revenue per month, about $19,600 a year, before counting referrals that never book

Skeptical? Halve the unanswered rate and the share not rebooked, and the model still comes to about $410 a month, around $4,900 a year.

Illustrative model with stated assumptions. Not a measurement, a benchmark, or a promise of results.

Before you ask

Pricing questions, answered straight

Something we didn't answer? Ask our team.
Why is there no price list on this page?

We have no published price points yet, and we won't post a number that isn't real. Every quote is scoped to your call volume, number of locations, EHR connection, and the level of implementation support you need, then put in writing.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

Setup and onboarding are discussed during scoping, alongside the rest of the quote.

Does EigenH AI work with my EHR?

Yes. Every appointment, update, and call outcome is written back to your EHR. The connection for your system is scoped before any proposal.

What happens to calls after hours?

The agents answer around the clock: lunch hours, evenings, and weekends. They schedule within your team's rules and route urgent or complex calls to your team with the caller's context, following the escalation steps you approve.

Will EigenH AI sign a BAA?

Yes, with every customer. We are HIPAA compliant, independently assessed by a third party, and the Business Associate Agreement is signed during scoping, before your team goes live and before any production PHI moves. Our SOC 2 audit is in progress and not yet complete.

What exactly is included today?

The live capability is the Scheduler, Recaller, and Verifier: calls answered 24/7, scheduling and rescheduling, patient follow-up, eligibility preparation scoped to the connections available to your team, and a record of every call's intent, outcome, and next step. The Referrer, Authorizer, and Nourisher are in beta and are scoped per group rather than included in a tier.

When do I see actual numbers?

In your first scoping conversation. Quotes are written and itemized, and you review them before any commitment.
